Grease Nipple

Grease nipple for brake cables. Due to the DIN-compliant nipple, commercial grease guns can be used

The nipple has a bore of 7.5 mm and an outside diameter of 14 mm. The bore can thus be drilled out depending on the type of outer, eg for outer 7 mm (with end sleeve), 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm.

Tip:

Make the bore in the nipple only slightly larger than the outer so that it can be glued well with 2 component adhesive or hot glue. The adhesive seals the transition of the shell, so that the grease can not escape. Possibly press the grease nipple lightly with a side cutter or grainy with a grain.
